A high-life sliding board brick, comprising the following components in parts by mass: 70 to 90 parts of corundum, 10 to 30 parts of epoxy compound modified metal powder, 1 to 5 parts of carbon-containing additive, 2 to 5 parts of boron-containing additive, and 5 to 8 parts of phenolic resin; a method for preparing a high-life sliding board brick, comprising the following steps: after mixing the components in parts by mass, molding, sintering, and obtaining a high-life sliding board brick. Through the above technical solution, the problem of low strength of the sliding board brick in the prior art using phenolic resin as a binding agent, resulting in short service life, is solved.
