Brief introduction:
Acid-resistant refractory castables can resist 800 ~ 1200 ℃ acidic media (nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, etc.) corrosion of castable refractory materials called refractory acid-resistant castables. It is water glass as a binding agent, with acid or version of acid refractory materials as aggregate and powder, plus a small amount of coagulant promoter configuration.
Characteristics:
Acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant, good heat insulation and heat preservation.
Application:
Acid-resistant refractory castables are mainly used for corrosion-resistant flue and chimney lining, acid storage tanks, pickling tank lining, nitric acid pus shrinkage tower lining, acid recovery furnace lining and other acidic high temperature gas corrosive container lining.
In metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, light industry and other sectors of thermal equipment is also commonly used.
