Brief introduction:
Phosphate bonded high alumina brick belongs to a kind of non-fired brick with low firing temperature. Abbreviated as phosphate bricks, the difference lies in the selection of different alumina, different firing process, high alumina bricks are sintered at a high temperature of about 1400 ℃, while phosphate bonded high alumina bricks, is sintered by the bonding agent plus low temperature.
Characteristics:
Strength up to 80~100MPa, good wear resistance, good anti-flaking performance, thermal shock (1100 degrees Celsius water-cooled) up to 120 times, thermal conductivity lower than the same level of sintered products.
Application:
Phosphate bricks and phosphate wear-resistant bricks are commonly used in the transition belt of rotary kiln, kiln mouth, kiln door hood, cooler lining and other parts where refractory bricks are easy to loose and fall off.
They have also been used in small precalciner kilns and preheater kilns in China.
