Application:
Alumina hollow ball and its products are a kind of lightweight refractory material with high temperature resistance and excellent energy saving, which is very stable to be used in various atmospheres. It is especially used in high temperature kiln application at 1800℃. Hollow ball can be used as high temperature, ultra-high temperature thermal insulation filler, high temperature refractory concrete lightweight aggregate, high temperature castables, etc.. Alumina heart ball bricks can be used in high temperature energy saving (>30%) inverted flame kiln, shuttle kiln, molybdenum wire furnace, tungsten rod furnace, induction furnace, nitriding furnace and so on. For reducing the weight of the furnace body, remodeling the structure, saving materials, saving energy, will achieve obvious results.
