High-strength wear-resistant castable is a kind of cement-based composite one-component dry mortar, which is made of high-strength cement, mineral admixture, high-strength aggregate and anti-cracking and wear-resistant agent, and is formulated through industrialized production. High-strength wear-resistant castables can be used by adding water and mixing on the spot, with good construction and ease of use, forming a certain thickness of wear-resistant layer on the surface of the silo or ore trough through artificial plastering, and meeting the technical requirements after normal maintenance, featuring high abrasion resistance, high bonding strength with the base concrete (steel silo), high impact resistance, high compressive strength, good durability, and a long period of use. High-strength wear-resistant castables are specially used in metallurgy, coal, thermal power, chemical industry, cement and other industries, such as slagging ditch, mine chute, coal unloading chute, hopper, silo lining wear layer and water conservancy and hydropower, port and wharf projects such as flood gates, unloading hopper wear layer, to play a role in protecting the foundation concrete (or steel silo).
